"What started as an off-menu item at David Chang’s Momofuku Noodle Bar became Fuku’s famed chicken sandwich, which is a crispy habanero-brined chicken breast with mayo and pickle on a potato roll; Fuku launched as a standalone quick-service operation in 2015, has grown into a chain with stadium concession stands, and is now at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The menu includes four other sandwich varieties (including ones with ranch or sweet and spicy sauce) plus wings, nuggets, tenders, and waffle fries; openings at other U.S. locations have come with great fanfare and messy rollouts.
