"400 Gradi is a Neapolitan-style pizzeria that originated in Australia and is known for its Vera Pizza Napoletana-certified Neapolitan-style pizzas. It first debuted in Melbourne in 2008. The restaurant serves traditional Italian dishes, including antipasti like marinated olives, arancini, and fried calamari, as well as classic pizzas with San Marzano marinara, aged prosciutto, and spicy salami.
