"I watched Negroni resurface in April inside the former Mírame space on Canon Drive in Beverly Hills after closing on West Third Street; the new location is noticeably brighter, airier, and less gothic than the previous nearly all-black space. The menu is mostly the same but smartly reduced to core dishes—cheeseburgers, pasta, risotto Milanese, beef carpaccio with shaved black truffle, and sushi rolls—that pair with a wide Negroni cocktail menu, and the drinks play well in the swanky lounge interiors and patio. Negroni is open daily from noon to 10 p.m." - Matthew Kang
