"Charlotte’s Ballantyne area is trying to make a name for itself, and one way it’s doing that is by bringing a chic rooftop bar and restaurant to the neighborhood. And the suburban moms and dads are loving it. Hestia’s rooftop looks out into panoramic South Charlotte skies and, subsequently, South Charlotte construction, but it does the trick. Sharing the plates (and the check) here is the way to go, especially the house sushi rolls, like the Kazan roll dotted with wasabi oil or the $30 Hestia roll with tempura shrimp and shaved truffle.
