"Executive Chef and Mexico City native Daniel Marquez will present a Thanksgiving feast with a Mexican flair at this restaurant at the Grand Canal Shoppes inside the Venetian Resort. The menu, which will only be offered on November 28, will include creative dishes such as smoked pepper and squash tortilla soup with bacon crema, ancho puree, cotija cheese, and crisp tortilla chips; piloncillo glazed roasted turkey with corn-studded mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, bacon cornbread, cranberry sauce, and gravy; and canela pumpkin flan with coffee-canela syrup and toasted almonds." - Emmy Kasten
