"Snuggled into a strip mall where Evergreen’s luxe housing developments meet Henry W. Coe State Park and Mount Hamilton, this petite restaurant offers a wide variety of contemporary Japanese dishes. Plates of Cajun rub shiro maguro tataki, scallop carpaccio, and toro toast are almost too pretty to eat. The dish of six oysters, two each topped with sweet shiso, wasabi salsa, and yuzu chili garlic is a particular favorite.
