"The health department shut down Don Chuy Mexican Grill at 7080 S. Jones Boulevard after a routine inspection on January 2 found inadequate refrigeration in the restaurant. Food in the restaurant was held at unsafe temperatures. The health department reinspected the restaurant the same day and it reopened with a zero-demerit A grade." - Susan Stapleton
