"One Dim Sum, a new destination for Cantonese cuisine, has officially debuted in a familiar Midtown space. A representative for the restaurant tells Eater that One Dim Sum just opened its doors at 510 Gray Street last week, taking over the space formerly occupied by the much-acclaimed Maba Pan-Asian Diner, which closed its doors in September 2018.
