"I visited the storied Hell's Kitchen butcher shop Piccinini Brothers after they officially launched an on-site retail store, where customers can find myriad cuts of meat and holiday packages including a classic New York steak box for $220 that includes bone-in ribeye, porterhouse steak, dry-aged strip steak, and prime rib roast. Their revamped website now offers online ordering for takeout and delivery and features a section of recipes; a prepared foods section is on the way at the retail shop, and the owners plan to launch butchery classes later in 2021." - Erika Adams
