"Take mom for a special event: a meal at the Ewing mansion at Southfork Ranch. Mother’s Day dishes will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., buffet-style. Dip into a fruit and cheese table with all the fixings — honey yogurt sauce, crackers, grilled bread, almonds, jams, and honeys. There will be a salad station with chicken and tuna salads plus a spinach salad. There’s also an omelet station that’s customizable, and a french toast and waffle spot. Explore two carving stations with prime rib with au jus and horseradish cream, and brown-butter pineapple glazed ham. Sides include mac and cheese, sauteed green beans and carrots, rolls, and butter. And, of course, a selection of deserts. Brunch service includes a complimentary mimosa with the adult ticket along with assorted juices, iced water, tea and coffee. Additional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including a Bloody Mary Bar, will be available to purchase. Reservations required in advance.
