"Marking the chain’s long-awaited expansion into the southwest, this counter-service restaurant at 8030 S. Rainbow Blvd. features a drive-thru and a spacious 2,500-square-foot interior—larger than its two predecessors—and sits in the Southwest Marketplace retail hub near Windmill Lane and Rainbow Boulevard. The menu highlights signature items such as the Chickenjoy fried chicken, Jolly Spaghetti, Palabok Fiesta, and the Yum Burger, with sides like buttered corn or rice and desserts including an Ube Pearl Cooler and halo-halo. It is open daily from 7 a.m. to midnight and can be reached at 702-625-9545; the chain also maintains other local outlets at Village Square and inside the eastside Seafood City, and plans for a fourth location at Henderson’s Eastern Commons have been filed but not yet announced." - Bradley Martin
