"Planning to expand to 4411 West Colfax, I note Illegal Pete’s—already a burrito and taco joint with 11 locations—will open a new shop near the newly opened Little Man Ice Cream Factory. I’m excited that founder Pete Turner says they’ll join a prominent corner in the Sloan’s Lake neighborhood and that they plan to activate a shared courtyard with Little Man for families to play in, shared events and other interactions, with plans for boozy shakes and other collaborations with the sweets shop.
