Revolver Brewing Opens New ‘Innovation Brewery’ In Arlington - Eater Dallas
"After making a return to the Dallas dining scene in August 2019, chef Avner Samuel is stepping down from his new restaurant Nosh Bistro (not to be confused with his shuttered Oak Lawn restaurant Nosh Euro Bistro). Samuel opened Nosh Bistro this past summer at 8611 Hillcrest Road, but now the restaurant is announcing that the chef is retiring to spend more time with his family. Nosh will continue on under the leadership of Chef Ryan Carbery, who plans to revamp the food and bar menu. “It has been such a joy to cook for the people of North Texas,” Samuel said in a release. “I am excited to spend more time with my family and am proud to have Chef Ryan Carbery continue the Nosh story.”" - Adele Chapin
