"I found the Lowertown spot currently appears closed: although its website describes the shutdown as temporary, messages have gone unanswered and the reservation line is completely shut down. The ambitious bar and restaurant opened in late April of this year by owner Nabeel Ahmad with chef Lucas Almendinger at the helm, and the cocktails were put together by Jesse Held and Jeff Erkkila’s Earl Giles company. The menu was global with just a touch of formality, aiming for comfortable, intimate dining.
