"Milo Butterfingers has long been an iconic dive bar in this town, perhaps best known as the bar where Born on the Fourth of July starring Tom Cruise shot scenes, although it has also been in episodes of Walker, Texas Ranger plenty — er, the Chuck Norris years. It got a big remodel that made its public debut late in November and it remains hot as ever for the SMU party crowd. Head here for beers and straight-up cocktails. No fancy stuff. But the couches are clean now." - Courtney E. Smith
