"Situated in the space where Tavern on Grand once stood, this project is the work of owner Todd Russell, a St. Paul native who was raised on Grand Avenue, according to the restaurant's website. The renovated space sports dishes such as cacio e pepe fries, the Crocus Hill smash burger made with short rib and brisket, and a playful take on the former spot's famous nachos topped with walleye.
