"Inside Mi Casa Grill & Cantina at the Silverton, Su Casa is set to open in early November as a full-service Asian restaurant and bar with a new design and décor that leans Asian in flair. I learned the menu plans to include ceviche, poke bowls, sashimi and nigiri, as well as sushi burritos, sushi rolls and ramen. Service hours will start with dinner at 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and expand to lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. Friday through Sunday." - Susan Stapleton
