"Mediterranean restaurant Three Arches recently replaced Mount Royal at the Hyatt Centric hotel in Buckhead. Earlier this year, chef Hugh Acheson closed his Montreal-style steakhouse, departing the restaurant after just four months. A source indicated the decision to part ways with the hotel came down to “creative differences” between Acheson and hotel management. As for Three Arches, expect a menu from chef Josh Hopkins to include dishes and flavors from around the Mediterranean region, like grilled trout with pistachio pesto and preserved lemon and Moroccan meatballs with mint yogurt, cabbage, and pickled onions." - Beth McKibben
