"Taking over the historic 101 Coffee Shop space, Zack Hall’s Clark Street Diner had a lot to live up to. Luckily, the restaurant took great lengths to preserve the vintage feeling of the space, opting to keep its camel-colored banquettes and iconic ‘60s stone walls. Hall’s years of experience with Clark Street Bakery comes through in the menu featuring fluffy pancakes made with Sonoran wheat, a breakfast sandwich on sourdough bread, and biscuits served with eggs and gravy. Lunch options include a diner burger, a patty melt, and grilled cheese.
