"Fans of Vermont maple creemees will find a similarly styled dessert here, where the menu is full of vegan ice creams made with maple syrup and vegan baked goods like cookies and cakes. Co-founders Collin Whyte and Bailey Rollins say the soil from the Vermont property where they source their maple — running since the 1800s — “gives the syrup a unique taste of butterscotch,” and flavors include matcha lemonade, strawberry shortcake, and, yes, maple.
