"A new Latin American, seafood-forward restaurant in the Harwood District opening for dinner on August 7 at 2700 Olive Street, led by executive chef Ty Thaxton who comes to Dallas via Mexico. The menu draws on Peru, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil and highlights tuna ceviche in guajillo oil, charred octopus, wood-grilled Chilean sea bass and grilled shrimp tacos, along with small plates like fancy elotes and wood-grilled chicken skewers and sides such as Peruvian jumbo asparagus and borracho beans. The cocktail program includes inventive options like the Callao (pisco, yuzu liqueur, lime) and the Centro (tequila, passionfruit juice, ginger liqueur with a raspberry popsicle garnish). Initially it will operate dinner service only (Mon–Thu 5–10 p.m., Fri–Sat 5–11 p.m.) and aims to be a new destination for tacos, ceviche and other Latin-influenced eats." - Amy McCarthy
