"I learned that Mama Bird is switching from a counter service format to full table service as it becomes Mama Bird Wood Fire Grill, expanding beyond its core wood fire-grilled chicken—served with sauces such as vadouvan curry and smoked garlic miso—by adding proteins like smoked St. Louis ribs, rotating cuts of steak, and fish, while also shoring up its cocktail menu.
