"I noted that the Pump Room is a nostalgic restaurant that once drew celebrities and whose last iteration closed in 2017; after that closure the hotel ran a basic restaurant to serve guests until Lettuce took over the space. LEYE did not have the legal rights to use the Pump Room name when it operated the revamp, which is why the restaurant was called Booth One." - Ashok Selvam
