"Rich’s Houston has seen several dramatic changes over the years. It originally opened in the ‘80s as Rich’s Houston, but has since moved locations, undergone some major renovations, and then changed its name to ReBar. Now, the restaurant and bar is back as Rich’s, with a stacked food menu, Sunday drag brunch, and a dog-friendly patio. Executive chef Diego Chiarello created the menu, which includes cheesy, fried, and internationally-inspired takes on bar food, including birria grilled cheeses, Moroccan meatballs, and elote fritters.
