The Best Wine Bars in Seattle | Eater Seattle

"After spending years touring European wine culture, longtime Phinney Ridge residents Julie and Andrew Goldstein decided to bring their passion home. Chez Phinney is a cozy, multi-level self-pour wine bar with an impressive 24 rotating taps. Not sure which to try next? A card above each tap goes into great detail about what to expect with each wine, though the owners themselves are often around and happy to talk about their offerings. Along with European pours, carefully chosen smaller Pacific Northwest wineries are showcased here as well. There’s also a menu of small bites that’ll impress the palate as well (turns out English cheddar with black truffles pairs beautifully with Bordeaux)." - Brianna Gunter
