"According to the Potrero View, a staffer with Goat Hill Pizza, a Potrero Hill mainstay, stepped in when employees with the city’s Department of Public Works threatened to destroy a sidewalk that contained hoofprints from the goats that gave the hill its name. Manuel Dzib, who’s been a Goat Hill staffer for the past 18 years, intervened when he realized that construction crews were about to tear up the 1920s-era pavement.
