Palo Seco 512

Restaurant · Parker Lane

"The third taco offering at Rosenthal’s Nixta visit is the Parker Lane truck, though, yes, the show didn’t actually film there. At the time of the filming, Jerry Guerrero’s truck was still called La Tunita 512, but he has since changed the name to Palo Seco 512. They try his birria quesotaco made with brisket with accompanying cup of consomé for dunking purposes at Nixta (see above). Rosenthal sums up his bite as “another ‘amazing.’”" - Nadia Chaudhury
