"Nicollet Diner’s new(ish) location, just off Loring Park in downtown Minneapolis, technically serves food 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Sunday through Thursday, the dining room is open from 7 a.m. to midnight, but takeout and delivery with online ordering is always up for grabs. Diner classics like chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs Benedict, poutine, and burgers hit the spot after a night out at First Avenue or the Armory.
