"With just a few dark tables, regulars don’t come for the ambience at Ngu Binh. Instead, they’re here for mi quang, the central Vietnamese noodle dish made with turmeric and served with peanuts and rice crackers. The spicy bun bo hue combines a thicker spaghetti-like noodle that sops up the chile-infused broth. Ngu Binh also serves banh beo dia with minced shrimp and crispy pork rinds, a popular street food from Huế that is easily shareable. (Expect the steamed tapioca rice cakes to be slightly chewy.)
