"I learned that Bootstrap Coffee Roasters, which first opened in 2014, has officially changed its name to Backstory Coffee Roasters and is now serving a sizable menu of breakfast pastries from local wholesale bakery Vikings & Goddesses—think tomato confit danish, almond croissant, and a mango-and-Tajín hand pie.
