It focuses on made-to-order crispy wings and drumsticks tossed in soy-garlic or spicy sauce, accompanied by Korean sides like pickled radish and kimchi, and offers larger plates such as pork buns, bulgogi, and bibimbap. The owner discovered the brand while living in Los Angeles and brought it to Denver; he plans to scout additional local sites for a second store.
