"A new entrant into the fast-casual Mexican dining scene, Taco Man Grill imports a San Diego menu upgraded with handmade tortillas and Oaxaca cheese and sports a lucha libre (Mexican wrestling) design theme; after operating three Southern California locations at its peak, it is now focused on Las Vegas and still promises to “continue fighting bad tacos.” The counter-service, 1,450-square-foot corner space in the Eastern Marketplace retail center near St. Rose Parkway replaces the former Kabob Oasis and Super Burrito. The menu features breakfast burritos (including shrimp and carne asada), surf-and-turf choices, mulitas and quesadillas, bowls, fish tacos, and churro bites that can be upgraded with ice cream, toppings, drizzles or dip. Standout burritos include a Hot Cheetos creation with carne asada, guacamole, and nacho cheese, and the house special “Smack Down,” made with steak, shrimp, French fries, salsa fresca, cheese, and chipotle crema. Open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m." - Bradley Martin
