"A playful, Pym-particle–themed quick-service restaurant that leans into oversized and undersized presentations without sacrificing creativity; the panko-crusted chicken schnitzel stuffed into a too-small brioche (finished with spicy Sriracha mayo and citrus teriyaki) is a standout and even has a kid-friendly version. The menu also includes the PB3 Superb Sandwich (a warm PB&J served on swirled blue bread) with unexpectedly delightful candied “snacking bacon,” a custard-style blue French toast breakfast served with a quail egg (the turkey bacon that comes with it was criticized), and a decadent foot-long candy bar that’s already cult-fave material. The Impossible Spoonful — an oversized spoon of herbaceous Impossible meatball — is moist and excellent, though it’s let down by a pedestrian marinara; the Caesar Salad’s colossal crouton (made from PB3 bread) is widely praised as one of the best bites. Overall, fun, inventive concepts and several must-order items balance out a few uneven executions." - Carlye Wisel
