"I'm excited that Parkside Pull-Up will open on April 29 in one of the compact food stands in downtown Greensboro’s LeBauer Park as a modern take on the old-school soda fountain: a walkup window with a handful of colorful tables and folding chairs that will initially be open Wednesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner and aims to expand hours for theater crowds; the menu will focus on classic hot dogs like chili cheese dogs and Chicago dogs plus Fuller’s creative riffs, soft serve (chocolate, vanilla, twist) dressed with hardening dips and candy toppings, three smash burgers over time including a classic Southern-style with chili, slaw, and onion, non-dairy ice cream options, and vegan and vegetarian hot dog offerings, with Fuller starting by perfecting chilis, slaws, and sauces before expanding." - Eric Ginsburg
