"In the 1800s, this alpine lodge was a stagecoach stop, and later became the home of the founder of Keystone Resort. Today, chef Kevin Simley has returned to his childhood stomping grounds, sourcing local and seasonal ingredients for the Ski Tip’s four course dinners. The menu rotates, but past versions have featured ancho chile-braised short ribs with green chile grits and corvina sea bass with polenta. For a true Colorado mountain experience, stay at one of the nine rooms in the lodge, which now functions as a bed and breakfast." - Rebecca Treon
