"Just in time for summer, the vegan butcher duo behind Herbivorous Butcher is opening a new fast-casual restaurant, Herbie Butcher’s Fried Chicken on Friday, May 21. Seitan and high protein wheat flour are the base for the comforting, home-fried, extra-crunchy vegan chicken.
