"Zaap Kitchen at 6107 Greenville Ave is from the parent company Sabaidee Lao & Thai Street Food on Lemmon Avenue. The company promises street eats from both countries at its new spin-off, CultureMap reports. Zaap Kitchen will offer a fast-casual experience, making it a perfect stop for a quick lunch. Zaap will be more spacious than Sabaidee, which addresses the existing restaurant’s main challenge. The new restaurant’s moniker, which means “delicious” in Laotian, also promises a bigger, broader offering of dishes than its counterpart. Thai favorites like tom yum and tom kha soups, curries in every variety, and noodles like Pad Thai and Pad See Ew grace the menu as well as classic Laotian dishes like pork shoulder, sausage, jerky, wings, riblets, and fried rice." - Alaena Hostetter
