"I observed Nyam Sunshine Cuisine (the Caribbean food truck) remain operational but unsettled: after a holiday break it reopened at Ani’s on January 7, then switched to serving only lunch as of January 12 because of Ani’s closure, and its hours have been spotty since due to uncertainty around the cafe. Co-owner Chris Burrell told Eater via Instagram DM that Nyam is still open at the East Riverside address for now but is actively looking for a new, affordable location and will remain at Ani’s until it can find a new home; Nyam first started operating at Ani’s in 2021." - Nadia Chaudhury
