Pitt’s to Open in Red Hook From Agi’s Counter Owner | Eater NY

"A Queens bakery run by baker Jennifer Arellano and her family (started in November 2024) is launching a pop-up series at Sunnyside brewery Alewife Brewing at 41-11 39th Street, near Skillman Avenue. The menu focuses on pandesal — a sweetish Filipino white bread — and includes the rolls as well as sweet and savory ensaymadas. The first pop-up takes place on Saturday, January 11 from 1 p.m. to about 4 p.m. Regular takeout orders can be placed online." - Nadia Chaudhury
