"Prospero, located a few steps down from the street, may look unassuming, but this casual restaurant features one of the city’s most delicious — and most affordable — tasting menus. It starts with snacks such as brioche with labneh, hazelnuts, and sultana raisins, and raw Atlantic redfish with sea buckthorn and fermented chile. For mains, there are pork chops with grilled salad and mussel sauce, and for dessert, burnt butter ice cream with cherries and raspberries. The wine list consists of carefully chosen bottles from progressive producers, mainly from Champagne, Burgundy, Jura, Mosel, Loire, and Rhône." - Per Styregård
