"I visited a plant shop that officially reopened in its new New City Old Fourth Ward location on the Eastside Trail after originally launching in 2017 inside Citizen Supply at Ponce City Market and later moving to an independent space there; founders Cary Smith and Libby Hockenberry, who met at Georgia State University, also opened another Victorian location in East Atlanta Village and partnered with Bellwood Coffee to add a coffee shop. The store focuses on rare and tropical houseplants—many of the species discovered by Roberto Burle Marx are sold here—and held a grand opening on Saturday, September 16 with plant raffles, giveaways, and DJs. The Old Fourth Ward Victorian is open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m." - Beth McKibben
