"A 30-year-old Napa Valley estate has completed a major remodel aimed at modernizing its guest experience and giving its $400 bottles new footing, according to The San Francisco Chronicle. The redesign was done with winemaker Chris Carpenter in mind — described as a musician and bartender — who is the mind behind the estate's most sought-after annual blend. The renovation adds a large private room outfitted with instruments and jazzy paintings, expanded tasting rooms, a few more affordable menus for guests, and an art gallery that has replaced the old tasting bar.
