"Chef Sonia El-Nawal is readying to open her brick-and-mortar restaurant. Bodega Bagel will serve New York-style bagels, spreads, and fish toppings. The restaurant will offer bagel varieties like sesame, poppy seed, and plain, as well as toppings like chive and scallion, smoked salmon, and tofu 'schmears.'
