Las Vegas’s Newest Avant-Garde Cocktail Bar Opens With an Optional $3,000 Membership | Eater Vegas

"Opening April 30 in the Las Vegas Arts District, this splashy new bar and members' club—born from a 20-question membership application that drew over 5,000 submissions—occupies the former Artisan space and has been given an extravagant makeover: the central bar remains but is now framed by lush booth seating and a maximalist, European-estate aesthetic featuring reproductions of “Pinkie” and “The Blue Boy,” pastel portraits with blurred lines, brass instruments, dried-flower bouquets, and mounted sheep and deer heads. Led by beverage designer Juyoung Kang (whose credits include creating the original menu for the Fremont Street speakeasy Laundry Room and serving as director of beverage development at Fontainebleu Las Vegas), the cocktail program is chef-inspired, deeply personal, and artfully presented—menus include abstract illustrations and will be bound in leather—and ranges from a nonalcoholic Milkis-inspired mocktail to inventive, avant-garde drinks such as the Sahara (tequila, cantaloupe, hibiscus, horchata, roasted peanuts), the savory, chili-kicked Tom Kha Fizz, and a theatrical Peter Pepper martini poured from a flask into a glowing apothecary jar for refills.
