"An Arizona-based healthy-food chain is opening its first Colorado outpost on Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder, starting Wednesday, August 22, with daily hours of 11 a.m.–9 p.m. The bright, Instagram-ready space emphasizes colorful, inspirational decor (including designated parking spots for yoga mats) and markets food meant to “take you to a happy place.” The menu focuses on health-forward items such as poke bowls, veggie wraps, kale salads and avocado hummus, and offers plentiful options for sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan and paleo diets. The drink lineup includes daily juices, seasonal lemonades, a house kombucha, and alcoholic choices like organic wines, “Skinny” beers and Prosecco spritzes.
