Only a few months later, they have returned, this time honoring Evita Perón and Argentine comfort foods. Start the meal with an assortment of Gonzalo’s salteña-style empanadas, like the braised venison with homemade hot sauces. After, opt for stick-to-your ribs plates like milanesa with spaghetti, ossobuco and mashed potatoes, and finally, for dessert, Florencia’s famous flan with dulce de leche and whipped cream.
