"Enjoy tea at Leonie inside the hotel, with assorted scones in flavors such as gingerbread, cranberry-orange, and pumpkin spice. Those are paired with teas including chai masala, cinnamon plum, The Noël aux Comptoirs, or Rooibos. The tea also features savory bites: Holiday Boursin made with crispy prosciutto and Ritz tuile; a foie gras and chestnut tart made with foie mousse and chestnut jam; or brie and apple vol-au-vent served with spiced apple chutney. Sweets are a pistachio raspberry profiterole made with cinnamon craquelin choux, pistachio cream and raspberries; a Yule Log made with a chocolate Swiss roll, dark chocolate ganache, hazelnut and snow sugar; and a White Chocolate Christmas Tree made with velvet cake and white chocolate mousse.
