"Housed in Silo Studios, this fast-casual shop spotlights Philly cheesesteaks that can be stuffed with chicken, buffalo-sauce-infused chicken, steak, or veggies and topped with Whiz, provolone, onions, and a variety of other toppings; it soft-opened in March and is co-owned by Jeremy Smith, John Hoffman, and Nicholas Nathan. The venue features TVs airing game-day matches, an outdoor patio for al fresco beer, boozy (and nonalcoholic) milkshakes and cocktails, and its grand opening event (May 4) runs 11 a.m. to midnight with live music from 4 to 8 p.m., cornhole games, and giveaways." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones
