Banh cuon Luu Luyen specializes in paper thin rice sheets made fresh in house. We spin each rice sheet with a feather like touch, it is harder to make than it looks. The thinner the sheets the more delicate they come out. Make sure to take a look at the kitchen when you come by. We have an open window to display the way traditional banh cuon is made.
