"Opening its third location in Dripping Springs in 2024, this New England seafood restaurant brings its signature dishes—lobster rolls served both hot with butter and cold with mayonnaise—alongside fish and chips and oysters. The new site debuts an expanded raw bar with seafood towers, crudos, and oysters and caviar sourced from Island Creek Oyster Co., and features a wine program curated by beverage director Josh Loving (co-owner of Small Victory and former beverage director at Jeffrey’s). The 150-seat space includes two event rooms, and the owner framed the move as serving an “underserved market for exceptional cuisine” outside an increasingly saturated Austin scene.
